Pre Natal Yoga Class
This yoga class is designed just for Moms-to-Be! Remain comfortable in your ever changing body, relieve stress and tension and most importantly prepare your heart and soul for the powerful experience of birth! It is advised to refrain from beginning a yoga practice during the first trimester. Please join us after 12 weeks. This class is now offered as a drop in class! Next Pre Natal Yoga Session TBA
Yoga Childbirth Preparation
Yoga is an extraordinary practice to prepare your body, mind, emotions and soul for the powerful experience of birth! Women, in their third trimester, with their husbands (or birth partners) are invited to meet with Brooke one-on-one for 3 yoga & meditation sessions. During these 60 minutes sessions, together as a team, we will explore how you can use yoga to remain comfortable, calm and centered during labor and delivery. Particularly ideal for women who desire a natural approach to childbirth.
Three sessions is $150.
